My name is Clarisa Penzini. I’m a pastry chef originally from Venezuela but in the present I live in New York. I’m a French Culinary Institute Alumni, year 2000. I ran a catering bussines in Caracas for several years making amazing wedding cakes and tons of petit fours and own a pastry shop named “Canela”
In April 2010 I got published my first recipe book “Postres Sencillamente Modernos” wich has been a great succes in Venezuela. My new project is a book about fancy food for kids, food that kids will love on special occasions like birthdays, pinatas, pijama parties, picnics, etc. This blog is a diary about my experience and research about this amazing new book!
